In order to cope with the rigors of summer, I need to make sure our family car is ship-shape. I know…

Dear Master's European and Japanese Auto Repair Customers

We have been open and working normal hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm) as an essential service provider. As new COVID-19 information becomes available to us, we are implementing all necessary changes to continue to safely service your vehicles while keeping our customers, staff and our families safe and healthy.

The response to our pick up and drop off service has been great and we are really happy to provide it. As a reminder, we will come to your home, clean and disinfect all common touch points of your vehicle (key, interior and exterior door handles, steering wheel, shift knob) and bring your car back to Masters for service . We are using Clorox disinfecting wipes and alcohol swaps for cleaning. While operating your vehicle and working inside we will wear gloves and (as needed) a respiratory mask. Upon drop off at your home, we will re-clean the vehicle (key, interior, and exterior door handles, steering wheel, shift knob) so that it is safe and clean.

We are asking customers not to enter the shop and, instead, communicate with us via phone/text/email. We make every effort to make communication a key priority. For drop offs and pick ups during business hours, please call us at 415.383.2382 and we will make all the necessary arrangements.

Our technicians are vigilant about social distancing and are regularly washing hands and wearing gloves and masks. In alignment with enhanced measures for essential businesses, all employees have all confirmed that they are healthy and are rigidly adhering to the shelter in place protocols at all times.

We have received great support from customers and the community letting us know they are happy we are here and open during this time. We appreciate the support very much and we are so pleased and grateful to be able to keep our staff working and provide that peace of mind for them and their families.

Please call or email us with any of your car repair needs. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
